Neon Roulette — Terms of Use

You must be 18 or older. Neon Roulette simulates gambling, but it uses play credits only. There are no deposits, cash wagers, withdrawals, prizes, or items of value.

Using the game

• The game is provided for personal entertainment, as-is and without warranties to the extent permitted by law.
• Virtual credits have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, redeemed, sold, transferred, or used outside the game.
• Do not use the app unlawfully, tamper with it, falsify public scores, automate ads, or represent credits as real currency.
• Roulette outcomes are random and independent. The European single-zero wheel has a 2.70% house edge over time.

Optional purchases and ads

• Purchases buy play credits or the stated ad-removal entitlement only. They do not improve odds or create any chance to win value.
• The free Fortune Wheel can refill credits, so payment is never required to keep playing.
• Google Play or the Apple App Store processes payment and handles refund requests under its rules and applicable consumer law.
• Consumed credits are not restored. A paid ad-removal entitlement can be restored to the same store account without granting its bundled credits again.
• Rewarded ads are optional. Declining an ad never removes anything already owned.

Public leaderboard

• Publishing is optional. Public nicknames must not be abusive, hateful, sexual, advertising, impersonating, or disclose private information.
• Use Report to send a public entry for moderation and Block to hide a player on your device. We may remove entries or restrict misuse.
• Scores are self-reported and balances may include purchased credits, so rankings are for entertainment and are not proof of skill.
